Sluggish UI performance

Comskip on programs already recorded without it?
Apologies if I've posted this question in the wrong forum.

Archive issue
When I archive a group instead of an individual recording, sometimes one or more of the recordings go missing.
From the client (NLite in this example) in the Ready Recordings list, I filter on Local recordings (my filter), then choose a group/folder and select Archive from the menu, then the target folder on my NAS. In this example "Late Night With Seth Meyers" is the group....

SQL Exception in log
FYI - I just noticed this in the log. I have the latest build of the server. Looks like an apostrophe needs to be escaped. Let me know if you need additional info.

playback hiccups
I am trying to figure out the cause of playback hiccups on my system. 

They look like momentary signal loss, but it is happening on local channels, and I have watched a signal meter and it looks like the signal quality is excellent and steady.
