Hello! My name is Rachel Dillavou and I am excited to start this journey with NEADS! I am a full time caregiver for my parents and am in school at the University of Northern Iowa working on my Doctoral of Education Degree. I also work at the Boys and Girls Club of the Cedar Valley.
