Hi. I need to buy some micro drill bits to do repivoting. Sizes .3 mm and up. It appears that what i need are carbide drills. Either tipped or solid carbide.

There are tons on internet. Judging by pricing most must be junk.

This Ingraham doesn't run because the escape wheel has so much end shake that it jams up the strip pallet. You can see the previous poor attempts at repair in the photo. But note that the plates and cock are steel, which I've never worked on before, so I'm interested in advice.
