MINI sales are up for the year but saw a slight decline in Q3. The brand delivered 220,247 vehicles worldwide in the first nine months of 2026, up 6.8%, which makes it the only one of BMW Group’s four brands still growing this year. The catch sits inside the quarter: Q3 deliveries came in at 70,712, down 2.4%.

MINI has been partnering with brands for years. But how those brands are chosen and how the partnership shows up in special editions and other products has been a bit of a mystery. Recently we had a chance to sit down with Head of MINI Design Holger Hampf and discuss these collaborations and reflect on what’s recently been released and what might be coming.

MINI USA closed the third quarter of 2026 with 6,531 sales, down 10.2% from 7,270 a year ago.
