In an order filed in the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia at 4:52 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, the court has temporarily suspended Morgan County Magistrate Vince Shambaugh from his duties on the bench with pay.

Berkeley Springs Pride will host its Sixth Annual Pride Picnic in the Park on Saturday, June 27 at Berkeley Springs State Park. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
