I found this one in a local fish shop, but the owner doesn't know what it was. All he knows is that it's a Malawi cichlid. I'm sure it's some kind of dimidiochromis, but can anyone give me its exact name?

I have a 10' x 3' acrylic tank. It has a center overflow weir right in the middle of it and am wanting to remove it. Does anyone have any experience removing these from an acrylic tank. What tools did you use? I am thinking of using an oscillating multi-tool but would like to hear feedback before doing this.

I have a 400 gallon and want to put in some large rocks for scaping. Specifically, I want to cut a faux rock to fit around my center overflow to hide the overflow and returns. I have plenty of real, large rocks around but the weight of getting them into the tank is prohibitive.
