We have always had onsite managers at all of our 12 parks in the midwest. We go off of the theory that in order for a manager to truly care about the park they need to live there as its their community.

I did for a while as it took too long for Zego to get set up. Occupi is great but more exepensive for the residents than Zego so I stopped using it once we had Zego set up.
