Beth Camp) – lowers the individual income tax rate from 5.19% to 4.99%, significantly raises the standard deduction for taxpayers, eliminates specific income tax credits and sales tax exemptions to provide offsetting revenue starting in 2027, and sunsets all other income tax credits on December 31, 2031.
