Poor starting from cold.

Been having a issue of poor starting from cold on our 2016 gla 220d, AMG line, it's had new internal and external battery, new glow plugs and plug controller but still cranking for ages. No warning lights or codes stored., only 30k miles. Runs perfect once started, no missing, plenty power, any help appreciated
