I’m looking for a 3D scanner for black rubber parts like rubber hoses and nylon tubes which can be kinda glossy at times

I just got this CNC machine. I put it together per instructions (triple checked). I loaded the driver on a Windows Laptop running Windows 11. It shows it is connected on the device manager. I loaded the Candle software and in the status, all it shows is “Port Opened”. No commands are recognized. I removed the USB cable from both the computer and the controller and plugged in ...
