Troubleshooting a Mac Pro 3,1(2008)5 days

After 8 months of working 100%, my Mac Pro 3,1 started to malfunction. It went into a boot loop. Switch on, startup chime, Apple logo comes up, progress bar gets to around 50% then black screen and restarts.
I took out the RAM risers and then the RAM chips cleaned the contacts and reseated, no change.
Took out the processors, reseated them and reapplied thermal paste...
