hi guys I have the above MacBook Pro 16inch 2019 i9 32gb 1TB

and for some reason it won't always power on and I have to do a DFU to get it on.

and then when it is on it randomly shuts off and the fans hyper speed.

ive replaced the thermal paste and all is good

but it won't always power on.

and ive noticed I no longer have a chime ??

I have just been prompted to install 26.1.

Before doing this, what is the consensus amongst the members on here. Is it worth the effort? Did you run into any serious problems? Anything to be particularly aware of?
