I'm setting up a new-to-me used Mac mini. On the way in it gave me a virtual keyboard, but when I get to the page that demands a password, the virtual KB has disappeared. This will also no allow me to go back. Bluetooth must be off because my wireless KB won't connect.

How can I proceed without a wired keyboard??

I was expecting an email, and when it didn't appear in my Inbox, I naturally looked in the Junk folder. To my surprise, nothing has been put there for nearly 2 months, and the few messages that are there are really things that I manually put in Trash! What happened to my Junk folder?

I have multiple email accounts, one of which is icloud.com. It is 99% spam, and SpamSieve finds most of it an allocates it to the Junk folder, from which I then delete it. However, Apple forwards all mail into icloud.com to one of my other email addresses and neither I nor Apple can figure out how to stop that. Recently, my A/a key has not been responding without hitting it hard. I have cleaned all around it with an alcohol pad using a toothpick, but did not help. Can someone tell me how to take key off and clean, or what to do now? I did search in on Brave, my default browser, and seems like very difficult to do without damaging the keyboard.
