Hi Everyone, New owner. The AT does not have geo fencing so it constantly unlocks & locks, which puts the car in some mode that says disabled. When I open the APP it either says Waking (never wakes it) or Offline. Both modes the app buttons are grayed out to lock or unlock the car. I can use the key card or keyfob, but I don't see the app come back online. Maybe it will even...

My 23 AGT is unresponsive to either key fob (changed both batteries to be sure) and won't wake up or unlock from the app. Car is in the driveway and I've been on hold waiting for Customer Service going on 1hr 35 minutes now. App states that Customer Service is open until 9pm PST. Tried texting but no answers to those messages either.

I'm curious if there is a specific technical reason why parking mode video recording from the exterior cameras can't be triggered by motion detection near the vehicle - similar to Tesla's Sentry Mode - rather than only activating upon impact.
