Is there a Haynes repair manual for 03-11 Town cars? I ordered one from Amazon and it was 81-01. Not 81-11 as advertised. Any help finding repair manual ny Haynes, chilton or anyone?

06 LS v8. trying to replace the rear brakes but i can’t fit the pads onto the caliper bracket. the clips are in the way. there are supposed to be clips on the rear brakes right? when i took it apart there were no clips.

I diagnosed the one I have and need to replace the ic1 chip but mine is burnt so I can’t read the chip does anyone have a broken vcrm with a good ic1 chip ?

I've read over and over again that the reason they didn't use the 221 with the v8 was because it couldn't handle the torque. My question is what's the weak link? Bearings? Input/Output shaft? Gears? Case? Lubrication, or something else?

I not interested in what may be weak, but what actually fails when these transmissions go.
