The issue is what happens in the moment before action.
Attention shifts from doing into checking.

Because the mind tries to remove uncertainty before acting.
It treats decisions like problems that must be fully solved first.
But most decisions don’t work like that.
So thinking keeps adding angles instead of ending.
My approach is unconventional because I am not primarily focused on helping people become more productive, efficient, or successful. Many personal development programs begin with the assumption that people need to fix themselves, improve themselves, or optimize themselves.
I start somewhere else.
Overwhelm is usually too many open loops at once.
Nothing is fully finished.
Everything stays mentally active in the background.
Attention keeps switching between them.
