This vehicle is a hybrid and has 148k miles. There are no codes. Came in with a low beam bulb out. The car has halogen lights. Customer states they have replaced the bulbs several times. During the PATS security unlock process it waits the 10 min and the horn chirps 2 times but then there is a message says process interupted. WIFI ok, battery voltage good, comms with bcm ok. wondering if the first pic under code scan that says PCM unable to retrive codes may be the issue.
