On-screen caption disappears early (~7-8s) despite longer original cue duration12 hrs

I have the same problem for the last week. While watching youtube videos subtitles stack for 2-3 lines, normally a subtitle is made of 7 words max but now every one of them are made by 30 words because of that subtitles disappear in the mittle of the sentence.
