Russian Language option gone16 hrs

I opened up language reactor to do some studying today, and my target language is gone. Idk if this is a bug or it got removed, but I’m in America, on a windows device using brave browser. I tried restarting my computer and that didn’t fix anything.

Edit: I cleared all my cookies and it came back.
