i use the program for a long time,yesterday i think as a failed security measure, i havent used the website for 2 months or something. it started having glitchy translations and a advertisng saying try language reactor or go to languagereactor.com the issue is, i am using the official website...

I’m having a problem on YT, where the translated subtitles provided by LR have a word or a part of a sentence tucked at the end, that belongs to an upcoming sentence, often from a next scene. When these actual words are spoken on screen, and the original language subtitles appear, I get either the rest of the sentence or just a “-” in translation, if it was a larger chunk.

I had an issue today too. Language Reactor worked well on this youtube video in the previous days. But today, I kept getting “Unable to load subtitles”. Even if I refreshed the page or restarted the browser.

I solved my issue by deleting the cache and cookies, then refreshing the page.

I’m having exactly the same problem, but with Italian. The ASR Pro subtitles often don’t match what is actually being spoken — sometimes the meaning is similar, but the wording is completely different. In my case it happens very frequently, roughly every other line.
