Oh, that’s exactly what it was! I had no idea about this feature before, and apparently, I enabled it by mistake.

Please make sure that the auto-pause feature is turned off and that the cursor is outside the subtitle area. The first and second stop the video at the end of each subtitle

I was about to post about this, Its pretty frustrating as its at least a few words in a sentence sometimes and I recently just got the pro version of language reactor.

Today I ran into a new issue: when Language Reactor is enabled, videos keep stopping, so I basically can’t use it at all today.

I’m having this issue on both YouTube and Netflix, and it happens with all languages. Just having LR turned on makes the videos stop. Once I disable LR, everything works as expected.

I kindly ask you to consider adding a flashcard feature based on the principle of active recall.

The idea is the following:

Side A:
A sentence in the learner’s native language.
For example, it could be the translation of a phrase that I marked in a podcast, a YouTube video, or another source. The word being studied should be highlighted.
