I was thinking about placing the four screws head-down in the tracks and immersing them in epoxy resin - sealing them in place. Perhaps I could cut some notches in the track box to hold the "Screw plug" in place.not a bad idea.

My very first hydrofoil board buckled after (I'm sad to say) accidentally encountering an inquitisitive young manatee at low speed in cloudy water.

The glorious advantage of any composite structure, is that literally anything can be repaired or modified to like-new or even better-than-new condition.

The only legitimate question to ask... Is if it's actually worth the time and effort compared to just getting a new replacement...
