Change all your pins on your schematic back to their correct numbers and join them to wires connected to Gnd. symbols. Change all your pads on your footprint back to their correct numbers and join them all together with tracks or a Gnd. plane.

No. Bad idea. There are good reasons why it has so many GND pins. The only good way is to make a GND plane and connect all the GND pins directly to this GND plane.
