But to actually refer to links, and not respond directly to the question asked is bad.

Looking at your question I’d say that you lack the basic knowledge of electronics design with an EDA tool (i.e. KiCad here).
Maybe you should first get familiar with that? There are tutorials to be found on Kicad.org / Help

We have a fully customized header where I placed our own text variables.
Of course you need to also introduce them in your project then.

Try using JLC PCBs tool, it is based on Polar Instruments calculator (~$6000?) who also makes the tools for measuring the results.

JLC should have the tools and data on their supplies to close the loop of uncertainty.

Or get a one month trial of Polar Instruments Si8000 field solver, de facto the industry standard.

It considers soldermask and etching trap...

Why can I not name a ‘net name’ to a pad when designing a footprint. But I can assign a ‘net name’ to the footprint when it is being used.

I am trying to use a ESP32 footprint that only has the pad name, ie J1_13 . But I want to reuse that footprint a number of times and I want the ‘net name’ adding to it.
