Weightlifting is a great way to strengthen your body but in order to do it like a pro, you need to monitor your form, reps, peak velocity and other data. There are already sensors that can track your reps. Thanks to these app connected wearables, you can track your weightlifting sessions like a pro:

FitLift: an iPhone compatible weightlifting tracker that gives you feedback on peak velocity, depth, and rep completion. It helps you understand when you need to speed up and also recommends how much weight to lift based on your past results.

Eigen Fitness Nodes: this wearable system gives you feedback on power, velocity, range of motion and tempo. It gives you haptic alerts to prevent injury. You can compare your results to other lifters on your phone.

Tensio: a wearable for lifters with auto set tracking. It reads both sides at the same time. You can wear this on your wrist, biceps or ankles. It helps you figure out how well you scored based on tempo, output and asymmetry.

BARBALAN: a smart sensor that measures the tilt in your form and helps you correct your posture. It attaches to any barbell. It calculates your lift angle in real-time. This gadget is smart enough to measure the angle of each lift.

Stay tuned as we will cover more app smart weightlifting in the future.
