I have an Anker that I’ve had a while but I notice I’m not getting a full charge. What are y’all using?

Iphone12 IOS version 26.5.2. I tried to use the latest ver of the app OMSee, which used to work in April this year before IOS update. When it didn’t work, I removed the app, restarted my Iphone, reinstalled OMSee and ran. Iphone did not ask for access to camera. Then I did the following:
