Long traffic delays were reported Monday morning along southbound I-95 in Baltimore.

Around 5:15am a motorcycle struck the back of a tractor-trailer near O'Donnell Street.

Maryland Transportation Authority Police say the unnamed motorcyclist died at the scene.
