A Maryland State trooper was helicoptered to the hospital after crashing on I-95 Wednesday afternoon.

It happened just after 12:30pm near Route 24 in Harford County.

Police tell us the trooper, who is assigned to the North East Barrack, for "unknown reasons" struck the jersey wall and guardrail.
