For those that switched from tirz to reta. How did you manage the transition? Do you start adding in Reta before you’re finished with tirz? Or wait until it’s all out of your system?

My husband and 21 year old son are on 1 mg 2x a week. My husband has been experiencing deep muscle back pain since he was on .8 mg 2x a week. Is this generally thought to be electrolyte and magnesium related, and does it resolve? He takes a bunch of vitamins, including mag glycinate so it's surprising.
