watching the late inning where we scored 3 (iirc) off of wild pitches and/or passed balls, who do you see as primarily responsible for those runs? The announcers seemed to be giving the catcher a lot of scrutiny on those. I felt like it was more on the pitcher. How would a coach, expert or baseball purist analyze that scenario and assign responsibilty? It certainly was bizarre. ...

I checked on the “official CWS site” (which sends you to Ticketmaster) and for the first weekend (6/12 & 6/13) it’s mostly resale available with prices at least double face value.

Mercer lost twice to 5th-seeded Citadel in their conference tournament, 9-2 and 14-4 to get eliminated. Wonder if their win over us gave them enough of an RPI boost to still get in. They did win 44 games though.
