When I turn on my pump (Laguna 900/3500, PT-3420) it causes the power in the in the house fuse box to turn off. I do have a circuit breaker on the pump plug but this seems to be by-passed. I have removed the filter and cleaned the filter case and the inside but not cleaned the impeller. Any ideas what could be causing this total failure.
