3rd workout of the EXR Begin with Basics Training Plan. Called Ramping Up it was only 14 minutes of steadily increasing intensity one minute intervals, 3 under my FTP and 3 over with five minutes of cooldown at the end. Found it pretty easy, but I know that I need to walk before I run or I'll just hurt myself.

Update - the maintenance changes that I have made in our test environment have gone very badly. I am trying to unpick this and make sure I am confident I understand the problem before I apply the same changes here.

Actually yesterday - but - I haven't rowed for a full 60 minutes in...I can't remember how long (actually October 2022, I just looked it up) so with a fairly free day yesterday I programmed in 60 minutes and set off as conservatively as I dared...and bailed at 30 minutes because no way was I doing another 30 mins from that point (wasn't breathing, just tight hamstrings and quads...
