Great shoot-out amongst the Lwts at the end there. Some epic and gutsy performances, especially Iain for finishing and Jon 'red-line' Taylor...Great late entry from Lesley too - have to admit that the 'big arse fan' had me in stitches!!

L4 today now CTC done. 80'. Some trepidation due to hard session yesterday, but despite HR starting and climbing faster than usual at start, settled to normal band.

Thursday had second go at CTC only to H/D after tweak in quad convinced me I was getting cramp. Decided actually body playing tricks so did 12 x 20" r1' R30 "strength session on DF 150.
