Living in Sweden Hälsingland in a small village. Just bought this 2000 mk2 with a V6.
If you find one with a V8 in my country we are talking about hens teeth. Almost every one sold here are V6.
Its a base model but i do have a second Explorer with more options that I'm gonna try to transplant over to this. Maybe even lifting over the roof because it has a sunr...

I have a 2015 explorer with the SYNC2 in it. The problem is you can't turn on radio and keep getting message saying can't communicate with touchscreen. Every once in a while you can hit the radio power button and it will turn on but then goes unresponsive and back to the no communication message. I've soft reset and hard reset but no help. If it is the APIM what does it cost.

What cross reference or package do you have to tell the parts guy (that never seems to have police utility in his list) for the correct pads? PIU have heavier duty brakes correct? Does this simply cross with an XLT or something similar with the towing package upgrades??

What pads are you using and how's the dust.
