We see so many posts with people having cooling problems that have added aftermarket radiators and electric fans thinking they are improving things.

I just picked up a 70 F440 HP block that also has the numbers 11 and 14 stamped on it as well.

Does this mean that the engine was assembled November 14 of 1969?
