Fundamental aspect of coaching. Players that are both bad at their jobs AND do not do what they are coached and told to do, lose their jobs.

Part of being a good head coach is setting standards and holding players accountable. This is one reason McDaniel and many other head coaches fail out. It is not the Xs and Os, it is the leadership side of things.
