As my vehicle is over 9 years old now and running 320bhp.. not tracked but driven hard at points

Was wondering the sort of condition these belts are normally at 10 years or longer on a tuned vehicle?

Was it very worn or did it have some life remaining

My Recaro front seats are in need of new covers, driver side is ripped, stained and just worn out, the passenger side is also ripped. The foam underneath still seems tight and holding its shape so hopefully I'm only looking at new covers.
