I have a Lenovo Legion laptop with an Nvidia GPU. I've been using Fedora Workstation (GNOME) on it since the v40 release. It has had wake from suspend issues (blank screen on resume), but I've managed to circumvent this by disabling the nvidia-suspend and nvidia-hibernate services.
