From what I can tell, Ford no longer offers navigation map updates for Sync 3. The last one was NA 224. Subscription-based maps on the newer vehicles is all they offer now. I know there are other (better) ways using my phone but found this interesting.

My gearbox felt a little harsh at time ever since I took delivery of my ST back in late November. I finally decided to take it to the dealership and get it diagnosed.
