In recent years, China and the European Union have continued to adjust their legal and regulatory frameworks in areas such as cybersecurity, supply chain security, product certification, and the protection of critical infrastructure. Relevant legislation is no longer confined to the internal technical security and compliance management of enterprises, but is progressively extending to product market access, supplier management, procurement decisions, cross-border business deployment, and global supply chain arrangements—exerting broader and deeper impacts on business operations across various industries.

At the EU level, ongoing policy discussions concerning the revision of the Cybersecurity Act, the European cybersecurity certification framework, and trusted ICT supply chain policies have kept enterprises highly attentive to future regulatory directions, policy coherence, and the potential implications for market access, supplier selection, and cross-border operations. In China, the institutional frameworks governing cybersecurity, data security, and cybersecurity incident management are also being steadily refined, requiring enterprises to keep monitoring the implementation progress.

To help member companies gain a more comprehensive understanding of recent trends in EU-China cybersecurity legislation and their potential implications, the EUCCC Cybersecurity Working Group is delighted to hold this closed-door WG meeting, inviting experts from industry consultancy and legal practice to provide analyses from both an industrial-impact perspective and a legal-compliance perspective.

在欧盟层面，《网络安全法案》修订、欧洲网络安全认证框架以及可信ICT供应链等相关政策讨论持续推进，企业对于未来监管方向、政策之间的衔接，以及相关要求可能对市场准入、供应商选择和跨境经营产生的影响高度关注。在中国，网络安全、数据安全及网络安全事件管理等领域的制度体系也在不断完善，企业需要同步关注相关规则的实施进展及其与全球合规体系之间的衔接。

为帮助会员企业更全面地了解近期中欧网络安全立法的发展趋势及其潜在影响，中国欧盟商会网络安全工作组拟举办本次闭门会议，邀请产业咨询及法律领域专家，分别从产业影响和法律合规两个角度进行分析。
