when I open the drop down Views box, it does not show the option of showing Bible, Commentaries, and Lexicons. It seems that Lexicons and dictionaries are linked together. Is there a way to display only Bible, Commentary, and Lexicon?

The menu bar of e-sword is very small. how do I fix it ?

Last week, September 1, I used esword just fine in the morning. I did not do any updates to computer. That night i attempted to open up the program and it failed to load up and gave me the message that esword was already in use and if i would like to open another program.
