I finally did it. With my newest motor being a 1987 Evi 15hp I finally pulled the trigger on a new outboard.
Went with a Suzuki 20hp EFI with electric start. At 100lbs I can swap it between my 12' v-hull, my 1984 AA Broadbill and my 14' fishing boat.
I justified it by promising I would sell at least 2 of my two strokes. Boy are these 4 strokes nice! Was able to get one...
