Anyone else happen to have the issue that you cannot add a DR phone number to your PayPal account? I select the DR from the dropdown and then enter the phone number starting with the 809. The site then says that the number seems to be incorrect and to update the number. Tried with my wife's number as well, which starts with 849, the same thing. Both from Claro. Any tips? Thanks!
