I had compulsory days off over the holidays. I thought about traveling outside of Europe, but flights were too expensive. I settled for a train ride to Finland. The plan was to use a train to get from Slovenia to Lapland, and on my way, stop to visit some friends.

I woke at 6:30, slowly to bathroom, repacking for the last time. Left hotel and got on bus 2, 3€ for 3 stops.

Early in the morning we arrived to train station in Tallinn (6:30am).

Up after few hours of sleep, packing and tuna for breakfast.
Walked to train station, train to Rovaniemi at 6am. Searched for seat, toilet, arrived in less then 1.5 hours.
From station to tour agency I needed less than 30 minutes, checkin, 87€. Some waiting until they opened. With bus we moved to raindeer farm.
There we got hot drin...
Woke up for toilet, back to bed, late breakfast, walk to train station. Train was canceled, taxi drove us to Haparanda.
Next was transfer to Kemi. No public transport, guide for night tour send his girlfriend to drove, time difference problem. After some searching she found me.
At hostel, no info about entrance, calling around, entered in the end.<...
