DJI Matrice Drone Forum

I have the Matrice 4T.

When I do a screen recording, it records to the controllers memory and not to the inserted micro SD card. When I need those recordings, I have to go into settings>movies and then move or copy to the SD card.

What am I missing? Where is the setting to record directly to the SD card?

is there one?

My name is Jeff Stuart. I live in Phoenix.
I have been a full time professional drone pilot since spring of 2025.
Currently I am flying:
Matrice 4D, Matrice 4TD, and a Matrice 4E.

I work all around the Southwest from LA to Amarillo. Excited to be part of the forum and learn for you all. When I have time, I fly FPV drones for fun.

A heads up. The latest firmware update (01.64.08.18) has made it so the controller won't import KML's. I get an Invalid KMZ error. A few other pilots have had this happen to them as well. Also, the altitude of Manned Aircraft ADS-B on my controller map is now wrong by a factor of 3. Rolling back the firmware made it possible to import KML's again but, did not fix the ADS-B altit...

Had a battery clip break off. I have a 3D printer but can't find a file anywhere...even reached out to DJI. To be clear it's the clips in the attached photo.

Just added another bird to the growing fleet. I've always been wishing to "See in the Dark", so a Matrice 4T is on it's way. Because I live on a Farm in West Central Saskatchewan shipping logistics, especially from Couriers is, umm, troublesome! When I ordered I specifically stated "Ship via Canada Post". Because some goomba at their warehouse missed the Canada Post pickup time ...
