Hi, here my design, Zen Acousta.
Back loading horn with field coil Lowther drive.

Anyone ever consider doing a Orangutan clone?
What drivers would you use?
Looks like the SEAS 10", but that only states as 89db.
The Orangutans are 93 & 96 db
Any thoughts?

I'm troubleshooting an Audion Silver Night Mk1 (1995). According to the customer, it started humming and died. I started with a variac and lightbulb current limiter , first with no tubes. That was fine, no fuses blowing at normal wall voltages. Next , I inserted the 6922 and 5687 tubes and checked for a signal at the output of the 5687 (1 KHz sine wave).
