So many National Days today! Funniest is National Ex-Spouse Day! sort of thinking of going with the Pecan or Gardening Day... which would you choose?

what would be better? using chickpeas that have or have not been cooked with baking soda?
it might be more velvety to use the baking soda version i guess. true?
