Don't remember the subject nor the thread, but Andy suggested these bag holders he got from Amazon - I checked them out and got some.
I LOVE THEM - THANK YOU ANDY!
I not only use them for holding bags for food but also for holding recipes.
Plus a couple of them for holding my sample/test/practice painting pieces. I had to pop one of the 'arms' out and reins...

on the other hand i read this...... see below..
they say there should not be a problem using it in cooking..
the taste and texture were not pleasant like a non frozen and thawed coconut cream..
the reason why i freeze some coconut cream is that i had a leftover..
i think next time i will try to find a smaller can of coconut cream so i don't have to freeze.....
