Made a visit to this historic place today and was saddend to see how much it has deteriorated. I know there is an Historic Fort Wayne Coalition, but clearly they don't have the deep pockets necessary to keep the place from falling into complete ruin. It would be great if this place could be more like San Francisco's Presidio, but not sure how that could happen at this late stage...
