Although Fashion Royalty (FR) officially debuted in 2001-2002, I only started collecting in 2004 after I saw Diamond Dusted Veronique in FDQ. Fashion doll collectors quickly jumped on the bandwagon, and it got to the point that you had to have a good relationship with a dealer if you ever wanted to acquire these dolls outside of convention.

For the third time in the past five years' countdowns, the top spot is going to a line other than Integrity Toys. Three collections were produced and shipped in 2025.
