Hi everyone,

About a year ago, my bottom left second molar broke in half and was rebuilt with a large white composite filling (no crown or root canal).

I've recently noticed what looks like a small indentation on the chewing surface (see attached photos below). Could this be wear, decay, or a failing filling ?

Any advice or opinions...

Nine year-old son had expanders 11 months ago. Then braces on top to straighten the front adult teeth. All good until a few weeks ago at the last adjustment and now we’re seeing his top two left teeth (right side in pic) starting to flare or lift. They’re sticking out enough that it’s protruding his lip. Much more noticeable when you look at him from the side or when he talks.

After a two year wait #29 was seated today next goal is #2 but will be so glad to finally be done with implants. It'll take some getting use to. I don't understand why labs delivery margin so high on sides and top I thought digital scaling helped ease that. Dentist corrected it of course bite feels okay.
