Can sombody help please, since updating to the new 3 Shape software whenever i need to draw on the margin line in the design stage it doesn't let me draw it on smoothly like it used to it sort of snaps in to place and takes a while just to get it to sit right on the margin, i just cant figure out how to get it back to how it was before.

I am very new to software in the lab but one of our doctors just got a Trios scanner and wants to send us cases from there. Apparently creating an account is not enough and I have to buy a membership to Trios Inbox? I already do designs on exocad so I don't want their design software but Im not sure if I can buy only the inbox. Why charge for that anyway, seems ...

Why does the exocad 3.2 software always present me with a full anatomical crown when I select a simple offset coping to design? At a loss here.
