Stuart Rutter, Crystal Bat Studios, and GDG Entertainment along with publisher DreamasArtStudio1 have all announced upcoming Steam delistings today. Three titles from Stuart Rutter are poised to leave immediately but the rest are also up in the air with uncertain wording that puts their delistings “before March 5th” for Surveillance and “by March 31st” for The Secret of Middle City. If any of them look interesting to you, now is the time.

In the coming days, the game will become unavailable for purchase by new users.

If you were planning to purchase the game but were hesitant, you have one last chance to do so now. The exact date is still unknown, but it will happen approximately before March 5th.

For users who already own Surveillance, it will NOT be removed from their Steam library.

Surveillance Announcement – March 02, 2026

Dreamsartstudio1 indie and GDG Entertainment regret to announce that the game “The Secret of Middle City”© will be removed from the Steam Store by March 31, 2026. The untimely passing of its creator, Stefano Buonocore, over the past seven years has left an irreplaceable void in all of us. For this reason, optimal management with associated partners is currently not possible. While we doubt there is a near future for this indie title, the fruit of the skill and commitment of his designer and GDG Entertainment, we are forced to bid you a fond farewell. We thank you and wish all those who believed in this game a happy life.
