Can I cook the Moroccan Baked Chicken with Chickpeas and Rice ahead of time and freeze it?

Hi there, I’m not sure if this question has been asked before, if it has I apologise! Can the Classic Christmas Cake recipe be baked in a square tin? And if so, what size tin would you recommend?

Hi LIndsay, I’m about to make the ROQUEFORT AND LEEK TART. The recipe calls for a 230g pastry shell. These pastry shells are not available where I live. Can you tell me what size of quiche/ tart tin is used for this recipe and I’ll work out the ingredients for the pasty base from there. Thanks

Do you think the canary lemon sponge puddings, after steaming, could be cooled and frozen in their basins, then defrosted and re-steamed when required? Failing that, could they be steamed a day ahead, left in the basins and re-steamed the next day?
