Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked the team to assist a walker who had collapsed on the Three Peaks route above High Birkwith.  Despite the best efforts of family members, other walkers, team members, and the Yorkshire Air Ambulance crew, the casualty could not be resuscitated.  Our thoughts are with his family and friends. The team were called by North Yorkshire Police to assist a member of a school party (M, 12) who had fallen on the track near to Ingleborough Cave and injured his shoulder.
