I would say if its possible to do so remove Rocket Launcher’s self damage and use Explosive bullets for Duel but I don’t think there’s actually a way to remove Rocket Launcher’s self damage value.
(Sorry I’m biased towards keeping Rocket Launcher for PvP I like using it for combat over Snowman Cannon despite it being abysmal for practical PvP :P)
