This morning I worked on my new Critical Thinking topic for the week: “Pretending”. Everything from kids playing make-believe, to adults feigning confidence or interest, to scammers pretending to be Nigerian princes.

First thing this morning the mailman arrived with a package. It was the copy of the board game Inis, that I ordered last week. The box is beautiful.

Online classes this morning, walking Scully and lunch, then off to university for the last of the Data Engineering project tutorial sessions. I’ll have to start marking the first project reports tomorrow.

Back home around 6:30pm, for a quick bowl of minestrone before two more online classes.

Phew.

I spent time this morning adding material to my AI Literacy course, finishing off the slides explaining how AI works, in terms understandable to kids. This is the major part of the first lesson in the course, so I’m glad to have that done now.
