I was the Skip for the winning Senior Girls Team from Inuvik, NWT to represent the NWT! The games were held in Yellowknife against the Yukon and Alaska. Pierre Elliot Trudeau opened the games. Our team consisting of Skip, Sylvia Stobbart, Mate Bella Wilson, Second Marjorie Hansen and Lead Mary Firth. We curled to a Gold Victory! Our Medal was on the shape of an Eskimo knife.
